URCA is a member-driven association led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Utah roofing contractors. Our board sets the strategic direction of the association, ensures financial accountability, and represents the interests of our membership in every decision we make.
Our Mission: To serve, protect, and advance Utah's roofing contractors through advocacy, education, and community — building a stronger, more professional industry for generations to come.
Our Vision: A Utah construction industry where roofing contractors are valued partners, fairly compensated, and equipped with the resources they need to build thriving businesses.
